How To Feed Generations Forever With One Tomato

How To Feed Generations Forever With One Tomato

At a time when shopping carts are bigger than ever, it might sound unbelievable that you can in fact buy just 1 tomato, and have enough for the rest of your life and generations to come. Here's the trick: Each of these plants produce hundreds and hundreds of seeds per fruit - each little seed with the potential to grow a whole new tomato or strawberry plant, that would again produce new fruits with new seeds. It's basically the Droste effect brought to nature.

And it isn't that heard, really - you mainly just get the seed(s) out of the fruit, put them in soil (or in a Click & Grow), spray with water, wait 5-8 weeks until it sprouts, and transfer to a bigger pot or outside, when the plant is big enough. Well, with a few exceptions.

Best part is that you can regrow not only the aforementioned tomatoes, but also with strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, avocados, pineapple, citrus fruits, and others.

Here's some great tips from the Tasty Youtube channel on how to do it exactly:

All you need to do now is to head to the store and get yourself a piece of fruit to regrow again and again! Or, if you want to be sure that the strawberries and tomatoes your great great great grandkids are going to eat are top notch quality and ACTUALLY healthy for them, why not Click & Grow the first batch yourself as well.
